Tiger women don't waffle in Belgium

Kerensa Barr scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Missouri women's basketball team defeated Spirou PDL of Charleroi, Belgium in an exhibition game yesterday in Belgium.

The MU team has won both of its games against foreign teams on the trip.

MU hit five of six 3-pointers to take a 46-42 lead and then used a 20-6 run in the second half to pull away.

Tracy Franklin added 16 and Tracy Lozier had 15.

On Sunday, MU opened with 68-54 win over the Dutch Junior National team.

Lozier, Amy Loftus and Evan Unrau each had 13 points in the victory.

The Tigers end their European trip on June 5.
