Kerensa Barr is one of 12 women's basketball players to be chosen for the August Big 12 All-Star Tour of Austria and Germany.

Barr averaged 8.2 points and 5.2 rebounds a game last season for the Tigers. She was fifth in the Big 12 in assists with 4.6, 10th in steals with 2.2, and fourth in assist-to-turnover ratio with 1.63.

The Tigers, along with Barr, just back from a 12-day tour of Belgium, the Netherlands and France in which they went 4-0. Barr averaged 15.4 points and led the team with 4.5 assists per game.

The all-star team will meet in Dallas on Aug. 4 for three days of practice before going to Austria on Aug. 6. The team will play six games and return to Dallas on Aug. 17.
